Legal Aspects - Part 1

Robert Korne, of BCF, proposes a series of two seminars which cover the different legal aspects prior to a business transfer. Me Korne’s primary interest is in the legal aspects prior to a business transfer, notably the preparation of contracts with employees, suppliers and, clients. In the second portion, the legal steps leading to the sale of the business are analysed. These steps cover the letter of intent (or offer), the due diligence and the actual sale documents. Once you’ve finished this session, you will have acquired the terminology and the ability to assess your clients’ prior to the business transfer.
